INSTRUCTIONS FOR JOBTRACK

 

The Early Steps Technical Support Staff has added a new item to the data system.  This item is called Job Track and all Early Steps personnel must use the Job Track for all requests to the Technical Support Staff. 

Confidential information like patient names or identifiers may be used within JobTrack. Please do not email or fax confidential information to Early Steps Tech Support Help Desk.

After entering the Early Steps Data Base system, you will see the following screen:

 

 

 

 

 

 


Click on Job Track and you will now see:

 


Click on ‘Add a Job Track’ and the following screen will appear:

 

 

Provide a description of your request, i.e. reset password for a user, request a report, etc.  Click on the submit button and Early Steps Tech Support will be automatically emailed that there is a request in the Job Track.  The user will not be able to edit the JobTrack request after it has been submitted.  Only Data Custodians can look at the Review Requests in JobTrack.


 

 

You will get this ‘receipt’ after submitting.

 


You will be able to check on the progress of your request by going to the Review Requests in Job Track to check the “Status” column to see if your request has been completed or if Tech Support is working on it.
