Current Issues:Veteran's Day Holiday & Provider Upload: The Early Steps Data Center will be closed on Wednesday, November 11, 2009, therefore, Provider Upload will occur on Thursday, November 12, 2009 Data Pick Up for Quarter 1 will occur on Monday, November 16, 2009 after 6:00 p.m. (5:00 p.m. for the Panhandle). Jobtrack - Please use Jobtrack for ALL Requests. Our Jobtrack system sends us email to notify us of your requests, and since it resides inside the secured website, these requests can contain specific patient information. JobTrack instructions, if needed, can be found here: http://mch.peds.ufl.edu/es/documentations/ES_Handbook/JOBTRACK_HOWTOS.htm.Data Clean-up Issues:Data Fixes 0910 Q1 - In your reports directories, you will find a file called ##_Q1_0910_fixes.xls. This file contains the most current child-by-child list noting items that either need to be “fixed” or “checked” prior to the data pick-up for Q1 FY 0910 (data deadline is November 15). There is a second worksheet in the file that contains definitions and instructions within the file. Please distribute each service coordinator their list of kids and have them work on corrections between now and November 15. Denial Code of 4257- Please check your email from 11/04/09 regarding the clean up of this particular denial code. Please look in your reports directory for a file called ##_ billing_rebill_4257.xls.
