The Maternal Child Health and Education Research and Data Center (MCHERDC)
developed the Outcomes Interface web tool through the support of a 3-year
contract with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. Project
managers for the contract at AHCA were Regina Wiggins and Cliff Schmidt.
